The Datimbi Platform is made available to our customers as a web-based service.  We manage all of the technology, so you only need to manage your operations.

Unlike traditional software, where customers needed to deploy their own servers, license or build a software application, manage testing and deployment, and continuously maintaining, operating and upgrading the software environment, the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) approach of the Datimbi platform relieves you of all of those responsibilities.

Subscribers to one of our Subscription Packages benefit from Datimbi being responsible for:

• All software development and managing the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC);
• Testing and validation of the core software platform;
• Providing a highly-available, secure hosting infrastructure;
• Performing all technical maintenance and operations management of platform;
• Ensuring the Datimbi Platform remains best in class through the addition of new capabilities, improvements to the user experience, and issue remediation, and performing all tasks required to keep the platform updated and documentation in sync.
